How can I pay?
We accept all many forms of payment. You can pay with Credit/Debit card, be sent an invoice to pay on your phone, Zelle, Checks and Cash!
Do I need to remove personal items before a detail?
As it is not required we recommend removing any personal items you do not want bagged. Any personal items left in the vehicle will be put into a bag to prevent any items being left behind. We do not remove any items from the glovebox as that typically houses insurance and registration cards.
Do I need to be present for my detail?
You do not! All you need to do is leave the keys in the cupholder for us to work the windows! We do enjoy conversations with customers but understand everyone has a busy schedule! This is just another very convenient aspect of mobile detailing!
Do you move vehicles out of my garage?
We do not, to avoid any damage to your vehicle and home we prefer if your vehicle is moved by the owner.
What if it is going to rain on the day of my detail?
Rain has never stopped us yet! We do detail rain or shine. We do understand that not everyone wants a clean car to be rained on after a detail. We are happy to reschedule your detail to a clear day with no fees!
Do I need to provide water and power?
For single car details you do not need to provide anything! If you do book a "Couples Special" detail we will need to use a water and power source.
